in magazines and press I have been described as all these things (below), but unfort' I am not sure if any of them apply that accurately; our (M*) influences are very diverse (doesn't everyone say this !), but, mainly I draw on my African roots, Motown, Soul, classic 70's & 80's Pop & Rock, and electro bands like Kraftwerk, and Neu,its all about the song to me ! .................................My Bloody Valentine fronted by an Acid Queen Aretha Franklin.
